Drawing on our extensive network and major events projects, we plan and facilitate international observer programmes providing you and/or your team with exposure to a variety of international events and allowing you to see live operations, meeting and speaking to those delivering in key roles.  

Drawing on our network and client portfolio, we facilitate international work placement opportunities and secondments on live events internationally. These roles provide valuable exposure to different event environments, teams, processes and structures enabling your team to bring learnings back to their roles.

We deliver bespoke workshops either in-person or online, supported by engaging learning materials and templates.  

Our research and innovation team leverages, insights and global best practices from the major events industry to create actionable solutions for today’s challenges. We bring expertise from our Trivandi projects, Trivandi Associate Network specialist expertise and bridge the gap between academic research and industry.    

We deliver major events education courses which can either be completed through self-paced e-learning modules, delivered in person or a hybrid. Our existing courses can be found here and we can also create brand new courses as needed. Courses vary in length and, as an Accredited Learning Centre for the Chartered Management Institute, we are also able to create new accredited courses.  

Recognising the fulfilling yet challenging nature of the events industry, we offer customised wellbeing training to help professionals manage stress, understand the nuances of the major events environments, prepare and decompress from event delivery, and promote positive mental health.
